Notice is hereby given that Payson City intends to modify the Capital Facilities Plan, including the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and associated Impact Fee Analysis for the Payson City Water System and Payson City Sewer System. A public hearing will be held by the Payson City Council on Wednesday February 4, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, to receive public comment on the (1) Proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan and associated Impact Fee Analysis and (2) an Enactment adopting revised Water Impact Fees and Sewer Impact Fees for Payson City. The Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and summary of the plan will be available for public inspection at the City offices located at 439 West Utah Avenue and at the public library located at 66 South Main Street at least 10 days before the public hearing. This notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of UCA §§ 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205. If you cannot attend the hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received until 5:00 p.m. on February 4, 2015, via mail at 439 West Utah Avenue Payson, Utah 84651, via facsimile at (801) 465-5208, and email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
