NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Delta City, Utah will hold a Regular Council Meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2013, at the Delta City Municipal Building, located at 76 North 200 West, Delta, UT, 84624-9440, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. AGENDA Call to Order Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance Minutes Approval: RCCM 04-04-2013 Accounts Payable Approval Public Comment Period – Limited to 10 Minutes BUSINESS 1. NOTICE: It is possible that the City Council will enter into a Closed Meeting pursuant to provisions provided by Utah Code Annotated § 52-4-204 and § 52-4-205, (1953), as amended. Be advised that the City Council may also exercise their right under §52-4-207, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended, to convene and conduct electronic meetings in accordance with certain procedures and requirements outlined in the code. Agenda items are flexible and may be moved in order of sequence as presented to meet the needs of the City Council.
