- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Commissioner Bolos D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation - Presentation of the Ogden Grit Award, Honoring the Heart of Hospitality. Presenter: Sara Toliver G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $84,688.39. 2. Request for warrants #108280-108371 and #496905-497013 in the amount of $.1,400,966.34. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of June 9, 2026, meeting minutes. 5. Request for approval to surplus a 2014 Toyota Prius C and a 2016 Toyota RAV4. 6. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and Utah Department of Transportation to assist and expedite approval of UDOT permits for operating, constructing, and maintaining utility lines and related facilities within the State Highway Rights- of-Way. 7. Request for approval of contracts by and between Weber County and the following indivduals for the purchase of strips of property for the 2200 North Project- Brett Moulding Stephen Wayman Sherilyn Clark Norman Hammer - 1st contract Norman Hammer - 2nd H. Action- 1. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing two members to the Weber County Library Board. Presenter: Commissioner Harvey 2. Request for approval of a resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County adopting Final Tax Rates and Budgets for the year 2026: Weber County Weber County Assessing & Collecting Municipal Type Services Summit Road Overlay District Presenter: Steffani Ebert 3. Request for approval of the first reading of an Ordinance of the County Commissioners of Weber County amending certain fees of the Golden Spike Event Center. Presenter: Duncan Olsen I.
