1. Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Administrative Budget - Ben Billingsley

F. BUSINESS ITEMS:
1. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending the Official Zoning Map of Toquerville City to reflect previously approved rezonings.
2. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2026.XX - a resolution implementing the Washington County Water Conservancy District Ultra Water Efficiency Standards for New Development.
3. Discussion and possible appointment of a Planning Commission Alternate for a four-year term
G. WORK ITEMS:
1. Discussion on Toquerville City Code Title 10, Chapter 17, Section 4 regarding the transfer of Nightly Rental Licenses.
H. CALENDAR OF EVENTS:
1. Washington County Fair - Free Admission - April 10-18, 2026.
2. Memorial Day Commemoration Program - Saturday, May 23 at the Toquerville Cemetery.
3. Movies in the Park - Friday, June 12 at Center Street Park.
