Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances: 1. Ordinance 2026-02 Amending Title 3, Chapter 1 regarding background checks. 2. Ordinance 2026-03 Amending Title 10, Chapter 7 regarding conditional use permits for metal buildings. 3. Ordinance ZC26-01 a Zone Change request located at 1015 N 200 West from R1-10 to R1-8. 4. Ordinance ZC25-16 a Zone Change request located at approximately 2241 S 5400 West from A-5 to R1-6 and R1-8 subject to a development agreement. A copy of the approved ordinance is available in the Recorder's Office at the City Office, 147 N 870 West or you may call 435-635-2811 x 106 to request a copy.
