NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comments and consider adopting an ordinance that would establish the Sampson and Altadena Apartments as a local landmark site. The site consists of two buildings on one lot at approximately 276 East 300 South and 310 South 300 East. Located within Council District 4. Petitioner: The Sampson-Altadena Condominiums Homeowner Association. Petition No.: PLNHLC2025-00357.
All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard on this matter. This meeting will be held in-person at the Sorenson Unity Center, located at 1383 South 900 West, Black Box Theater Room, Salt Lake City, Utah.
