Gov. Gary R. Herbert will participate with local students in the ?Hour of Code,? a nationwide initiative organized by nonprofit Code.org designed to encourage students of all ages to devote an hour to computer science education. The governor will also declare Dec. 8-12 as Computer Science Education Week in Utah.
Gov. Gary R. Herbert will comment and answer questions about the Healthy Utah Plan, the state?s alternative to Medicaid expansion. The governor?s comments will follow Lt. Gov.
