How to Register

Becoming a Utah.gov registrant is easy:

Fax or mail (May take up to 5 to 7 business days after receipt of agreement for access to be granted):

  1. Complete the Network Registration Agreement (Get Adobe PDF Document Reader) and mail to:

    Or Fax to: 877-860-7680

    Attach a $75 check or money order, or include a credit card number on the completed Registrant Agreement.
  2. Review the Terms and Agreements and retain for your records.

Separate Agency Approval

If requesting access to Vehicle Title, Lien, and Registration records complete Application to Request a MotorVehicle Account and submit it to the Utah State Tax Commission for approval.

If requesting access to ValIdate, you must be considered a Depository Institution as defined in Utah Code Section 7-1-103. Complete the Release of Private and Protected Driver License Records form and submit it to the Department of Public Safety/Driver License Division for approval.
