| Description/Agenda: | STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The State Records Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2009. The meeting will be held in the Courtyard Meeting Room, State Archives Building, 346 South Rio Grande Street (450 West), Salt Lake City, Utah, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This is a public meeting, and anyone can attend. Committee business and two hearings are scheduled. *Hearing - POSTPONED UNTIL DECEMBER – Jodi Young vs. POST. Ms. Young is appealing the partial denial of records for her defense in an administrative hearing. *Hearing – Daniel Kniesley vs. Utah Department of Public Safety. Mr. Kniesley is appealing the denial of a valid security bond and certification license of a private investigator he hired after checking his status with the Department of Public Safety. *Approval of October 8, 2009 SRC minutes *Approval of submitted retention schedules *Appeals received *Cases in District Court *Training in Open and Public Meeting procedures *Rules revisions for Committee approval * Item of discussion: Evan Johnson letter of compaint about response of Salt Lake City Public Utilities to Committee Order #09-11 *Other Business *Adjournment – Next meeting scheduled – Thursday, December 10, 2009 |
