NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, October 10, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, radiant heating services at 351 North 300 East ? Peter Hovley.
3. Public hearing and overlay of the Planned Residential Unit Development Overlay Zone on 10.34 acres of property at approximately 530 North Main Street ? Ovation Homes.
4. Final plat approval for Sunrise Cove Subdivision at approximately 875 South 1350 West ? Henry Walker Homes.
5. Public hearing and request to rezone 37.0 acres at 35 West Shepard Lane from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to R-1-LD (Single Family Residential) ? Henry Walker Homes.
6. Call to the public.
