NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold its regular City Council Meeting on
TUESDAY, October 1, 2013 at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City.   
           The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, 
the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.

          10.   ADJOURNMENT

                    Next City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15, 2013.
