KAYSVILLE CITY
MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening and approval of minutes of the August 8, 2013 and August 22, 2013 meetings.
2.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, floral arrangements at 979 South 150 East ? Jamie Hawkes.
3.   Public hearing and request to rezone 2.91 acres of property at approximately 860 South Roueche Lane from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to A-1 (Light Agricultural) ? Bob Mason.
4.   Conditional use permit for an accessory building larger than three-thousand (3,000) square feet at approximately 860 South Roueche Lane ? Bob Mason.
5.   Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for H&R Subdivision at approximately 1955 South 350 East and PRUD overlay zone ? Harvey Jeppson.	
6.   Conditional use permit for two (2) twin homes at approximately 1955 South 350 East ? Harvey Jeppson.
7.   Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Morris Subdivision located at 412 West 100 South ? Chad Morris.
8.   Public hearing and preliminary plat approval for Sunrise Cove Subdivision at approximately 875 South 1350 West ? Henry Walker Homes.
9.   Public hearing and amendment of certain sections of Title 17, Planning and Zoning, of the revised ordinances of Kaysville City, to comply with other provisions and current preferred practices.
