KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening.
2.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B:
a.   Preschool at 348 West Mutton Hollow Road ? Leilani Merrell.
b.   Music lessons at 248 East 1375 South ? Amy Leishman.
c.   General contractor office at 768 West Christopher Circle ? Greg Murdock.
3.   Conditional use permit for a model home, low profile sign and flag pole greater than 30 feet in height at 1901 West Bonneville Lane ? Perry Homes.

5.   Public hearing and request to rezone 5.03 acres of property at approximately 875 South1350 West from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to R-1-20 (Single Family Residential) ? Henry Walker Homes.
