2.	Public Hearing: Amendment to the Zoning Map and Concept Plan for Alpine School District located at approximately 220 West 400 North, Alpine School District, applicant.
a.	Ordinance 13-15 (7-16-13) Rezoning Alpine School District from A, Agricultural to PSBL, Public School Bus Lot.
3.	Preliminary Plat for Beacon Point located at approximately 4300 Redwood Road, Western States Ventures, applicant.
4.	Final Plat for Green Springs Manor located at 1855 South Centennial, Capital Assets, applicant.
5.	Lease Agreement with SenaWave for wireless internet services. 
a.	Resolution R13-26 (7-16-13): adopting the agreement with SenaWave.
