Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider:
Rezone of 8.20 acres of property at approximately 530 South Sunset Drive from A-1 (Light Agriculture), R-A (Agricultural Residential), and R-1-20 (Single Family Residential to R-1-LD (Single Family Low Density).
