Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 53-4-6 of the Open and Public Meetings Law of the State of Utah contained in Title 51, Chapter 4, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, the Bountiful City Power Commission hereby gives notice of the meeting which will be open to the public and held on May 28, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Bountiful City Light & Power Department, 198 South 200 West, Bountiful, UT 84010.
