(Please note: In order to be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person per item.  A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed 5 minutes to speak.  Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the Planning Department prior to noon the day before the meeting.)
		 		
VARIANCE APPLICATIONS

(7:00)	1.	Destination Homes ? (Public Hearing) ? Applicant is requesting a variance to the side yard setback requirements in the AE zone from 10 feet to 5 feet to provide enough space to build homes on properties located at 661 N. 1725 W. and 664 N. 1725 W. due to the large Central Davis Sewer District easement on the north side of the properties creating an unusually large setback on those sides (BOA-1-13).

(7:15)	2.	Jeffery Merrill ? (Public Hearing) ? Applicant is requesting a variance to the side yard setback requirements in the R-2 zone from 15 feet to 5 feet for the construction of a new addition to their garage on property located at 180 East Continental Drive in order to provide space to build the addition on their unusually narrow lot (BOA-2-13).
