hearings will be held before the City Council: 6:25 pm for Ordinance 13-11 Amending Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Addition of Chapter 17 Wind Energy Systems; 6:30 pm for Ordinance 13-12 Amending Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 6 Natural Resources, Section 8 Special Regulations.
