REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Logo Creation Services.
Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at which time the names of those firms who submitted statements shall be publicly announced. Statements shall be deemed received when they are in the physical possession of the City Clerk/Recorder or designee.
Statements of Qualifications, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile transmitted SOQ?s will not be considered accepted.
Statements of Qualification documents may be obtained via email beginning 04/22/2013, from Kim Wells, kimw@wjordan.com. When requesting SOQ documents, please include your full name, company name, address, phone number, and email address.
