Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in City Council Chambers, 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend and comment.

Continued Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-5) amending Chapter10-14, The Grove Zoning District, of the Pleasant Grove City Code, amending various provisions regarding multi-family housing project design, height, density, parking, open space, landscaping, design features, etc.; and providing for an effective date. h.	Continued Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-7) amending Chapter10-11E, Downtown Village Zone (DV), of the Pleasant Grove City Code, amending various provisions regarding project design, height, density, parking, open space, landscaping, design features, etc.; and providing for an effective date. (OLD FORT, LITTLE DENMARK, AND STRINGTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD) Continued from the April 2, 2013 meeting.  Presenter: Director Young 
i.	Continued Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-8) amending Chapter 10-11G, Downtown Mixed Use Overlay Zone (DMU), of the Pleasant Grove City Code, amending various provisions regarding project design, height, density, parking, open space, landscaping, design features, etc.; and providing for an effective date. (OLD FORT, LITTLE DENMARK, AND STRINGTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD)  Continued from the April 2, 2013 meeting. Presenter: Director Young
j.	Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2013-10) amending Title 3 Chapter 3B Subsection 3 of the Pleasant Grove Municipal Code changing the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax from 5.051% of the delivered value of the taxable energy to the Consumer to 6% of the delivered value of the taxable energy to the consumer. Said rate shall become effective July 1, 2013. Presenter: Attorney Petersen 
k.	Public Hearing to receive input on, and to consider approval and adoption of, (1) the proposed Parks & Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plans, (2) Parks & Recreation (3) Ordinance (3013-11) containing proposed revisions to Pleasant Grove City Code regarding Impact Fees, and (4) updates to the affected impact fees charged by Pleasant Grove City. All interested persons will be given reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments are welcome and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Director Lundell
l.	To consider for adoption a Resolution (2013-09) indicating the intent of the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah, to adjust the common boundary with the City of Cedar Hills, Utah; authorizing a public hearing thereon and providing for notice of said hearing. Applicant: Justin and Alycia Earl, 9540 North Canyon Road, Pleasant Grove, Utah; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Attorney Petersen 
m.	To consider for adoption a Resolution (2013-010) appointing E. Mark Bezzant to the North Union Irrigation Canal Board and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Director Walker
