2.	Amendment to City?s Contracting and Purchasing Policy.
3.	Resolution R13-7 (4-2-13): A resolution amending the contracting and purchasing policy and establishing an effective date.
4.	Approval of a bucket truck for the Public Works department.
5.	Discussion of the Personnel Policies & Procedures Manual.
6.	Reports:
a.	Mayor
b.	City Council.
c.	Administration communication with Council.
7.	Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character,
professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
