REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
The City of West Jordan Utah is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Eminent Domain Litigation Legal Services.
Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Jordan, City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, 8000 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 until Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. at which time the names of those submitting statements shall be publicly announced.
Statements of Qualifications, modifications, or corrections will not be accepted if they are not timely received by the City Clerk/Recorder?s Office, regardless of the cause, whether or not by action or inaction of the City, including but not limited to delayed, lost, undelivered or misdirected mail. Facsimile transmitted SOQ?s will not be considered.
