WORK SESSION
The purpose of City Work Sessions is to prepare the City Council for upcoming agenda items on future City Council Meetings. The Work Session is not an action item meeting. No one attending the meeting should rely on any discussion or any perceived consensus as action or authorization. These come only from the City Council Meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will meet in a work session and special session on Thursday, March 21, 2013, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 3:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Report and discussion on 570 West Street Alignment for Council Clarification. ? Andy Spencer
2. Report and discussion on an amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for the North Utah County Aquifer Association. ? Andy Spencer
3. Report and discussion on City participation in frontage widening on collector streets where existing sites are being improved. ? Andy Spencer
4. Budget Preparation Update. - Staff
5. Discussion on the master plan for the Department of Public Works complex. ? Andy Spencer
6. Discussion of restructuring the City?s GIS function by implementing the new Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS mapping software program. ? Andy Spencer
7. Adjournment.
