2.	Public Hearing: Proposed Rezone for Questar Gas located at approximately 798 West Meadow Side Drive, Mark Johnson, applicant.
3.	Ordinance 13-4 (3-5-13): An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, adopting amendments to the Saratoga
Springs City?s official zoning map for certain real property; instructing the City staff to amend the City zoning map and other official zoning records of the City; and establishing an effective date. (Questar Gas)
4.	Public Hearing: Revisions to the Land Development Code (Sections 19.04.210, Mixed Lakeshore Zone, 19.04.220, Business Park Zone, 
19.04.230, Institutional/Civic Zone).
5.	Ordinance 13-5 (3-5-13): An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, adopting amendments to the Saratoga
Springs Land Development Code and establishing an effective date. (Sections 19.04.210, Mixed Lakeshore Zone, 19.04.220, Business Park

6.	Concept Plan for the Crossroads at Saratoga Springs, located at approximately 1361 North Redwood Road, Elliot Smith/TFC Saratoga, LLC,

7.	Amended Development Agreement for Western Hills.
8.	Discussion of the Architectural Design Standards.
