NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that American Fork City (?City?) intends to enact proposed Police, Fire and Parks & Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Police, Fire, Parks & Recreation, Sanitary Sewer, Pressurized Irrigation, and Culinary Water Impact Fee Analyses. A public hearing will be held by the City Council (?Council?) on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall 31 North Church Street to receive public comment on (1) Proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses for the City and (2) an Enactment adopting impact fees for the City.

The proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plans and summary of the Plans, the impact fee analyses and a summary of the analyses, and the Impact Fee Enactment will be available for public inspection on the City?s website www.afcity.org, at the City office located at 51 E. Main Street and at the public library located at 64 South 100 East at least 10 days before the public hearing.  This Notice is being given in satisfaction of requirements of UCA §§ 11-36a-504 and 10-9a-205.  If you cannot attend the hearing and would like to submit written comments, they will be received until 5:00 p.m. on February 26, 2013, via email cathy@afcity.net
