NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
Please be advised that the Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chamber, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah, to determine the interest in and ascertain the advisability of approving or disapproving text amendments to Title 14, the Bountiful City Land Use Ordinance.
The Public is encouraged to attend and voice opinion. If you cannot attend, please feel free to voice an opinion in writing or by agent or attorney. Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the Planning Department, located on the main floor of City Hall, and on the City website at www.bountifulutah.gov.
