Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission and City Council will conduct public hearings on a proposed amendment to the City of Saratoga Springs Zoning Map for property located at approximately 798 West Meadow Side Drive in Saratoga Springs, Utah. The Planning Commission hearing will be conducted on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. The City Council hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, March 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the City of Saratoga Springs City offices located at 1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah.
The property is proposed to be changed from the PC, Planned Community Zone to the R-6, Medium Density Residential Zone on the Saratoga Springs Zoning Map.
Questions regarding these proposed revisions may be directed to the City of Saratoga Springs, telephone 766-9793. Copies of this proposed application are available for public inspection at the City Office (1307 North Commerce Drive, Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah) Monday-Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
