KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, January 10, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of minutes of the November 29, 2012 meeting.
2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, carpet cleaning business at 1425 South 50 West ? Shon Stevens.
3. Conditional use permit for farm animals at 628 East 150 South ? Jeffrey Apgood.
4. Request for a variance to Title 17-12-6(3) as it relates to the minimum front yard setback in the R-1-20 zone ? Jason Watson.
5. Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Center Street Subdivision at 50 North 750 East.
6. Call to the public.
7. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
