CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT PARK IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, PARK IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS, AND PARK IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT ADOPTING REVISED PARK IMPACT FEES, AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE SAME

	Notice is hereby given that Centerville City intends to adopt the proposed Park Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Park Impact Fee Analysis, and Park Impact Fee Enactment adopting revised Park Impact Fees for development activities within Centerville City, Utah.  Notice is further given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed Park Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Park Impact Fee Analysis, and Park Impact Fee Enactment.  The Public Hearing will be held on January 15, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) and will be held at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Park Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Park Impact Fee Analysis, and Park Impact Fee Enactment.  All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard.  Written comments can also be submitted to the Centerville City Recorder.

	In accordance with applicable provisions of the Utah Impact Fees Act, as set forth in Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-101, et seq., copies of the proposed Park Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Park Impact Fee Analysis, and Park Impact Fee Enactment are available for public review on the City?s Website, at City Hall, or at the Centerville City Branch of the Davis County Library.
