NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Bluffdale City Council on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving comment on a proposed capital facilities plan, impact fee facilities plan, and an impact fee enactment, which proposes to adopt impact fees for water, storm drain, transportation, public safety, and parks and recreation. A copy of the draft plan and a simple summary are available for inspection at the Fire Station or Public Works Building (14175 S. Redwood Road). The aforementioned hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly-scheduled meeting of the City Council, which will begin at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please submit your comment in writing.
