NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Bluffdale City Council on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following amendments to the City of Bluffdale Land Use Ordinance:
? A proposed amendment of Section 11.19.3 of the City of Bluffdale Land Use Ordinance (Subdivision Ordinance), pertaining to the number of [residential] units allowed on a single point of access within a subdivision. 4 Independence, LLC, Applicant.
The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Bluffdale City Council, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing assistance or other services for this meeting should contact Bluffdale City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting at 801.254.2200.
