6.	Consideration and vote regarding a preliminary plat approval for Independence at Bluffdale Plat F, located at approximately 15000-15200 South Heritage Crest Way, within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC., applicant ? staff presenter ? Grant Crowell.
