- Britney Harvey requesting access to controlled substances be returned and that she be allowed to call in prescription medication.
- Lori Niven requesting amendment to allow for two pharmacies.
- Scott Carter requesting an amendment to allow him to work in assisted living.
- Jennifer Budge, discussion regarding re-licensure.
- Susan Barrus, request for termination of probation.
- Karen Carter, request for termination of probation.
