Staff will provide a summary of the legislation known to date that will impact the Committee’s work and recommendations for Committee responses.

5. Lakeside 2
Staff will provide a summary of the request for this new generating facility and our analysis.

6. Questar Gas General Rate Case Requests for Reconsideration Staff will provide an update on the requests for reconsideration in the rate
case, including the issues being raised and recommendations for the Committee’s position.

7. Rocky Mountain Power General Rate Case
Staff will provide a summary of the Rate of Return portion of the case as well as a discussion of the primary revenue requirement issues that will be raised by our team.

8. Discussion of strategy in litigation pending before the Utah Public Service Commission: in Docket 08-035-38 (Rocky Mountain Power General Rate
Case), Docket 07-057-13 (Questar General Rate Case), and Docket 08-035-95 (Rocky Mountain Power Request for New Large Generating Resource)
8a. Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c)
8b. Open Session and Hear Motions, if any.
