The elevator in the City Center is out of order, please park on 300 West between Center Street and 100 South next to the City Center and use the ramp in the middle of the building to access the foyer to the Council Chambers. Meeting is also broadcast live on cable channel 17.
Notice of Electronic or telephone participation: One or more Council members may participate telephonically in this meeting. Telephonic transmissions will be amplified over the Municipal Council Chamber speaker system so all Council members and others attending the meeting in the Council Chambers will be able to hear the person(s) participating electronically as well as those participating in the usual fashion. The meeting will be conducted using the same procedures applicable to a regular Council meeting.
