Review probation modification requests received before 02/12/09:
- Tyler Miller, request to terminate counseling.
- Gaylynn Pope, request to terminate suspension.
- Erin Crockett, request to terminate suspension.
- Jennifer Eva, request to terminate probation.
- Carolyn Watterson, request for access to controlled substances, allow her to call in prescription orders and eliminate direct supervision.
- Brent Pace, request that his access to controlled substance be returned.
- Jason VanDaam, request to attend four 12-Step meetings in lieu of PIR meetings.

-Review and discuss utilization of the DOPL Practice Plan Guidelines.
-Review and discuss comments received on current NPA Rule amendments. Review proposed changes as a result of public comment.
-Review proposed Rule change to the composition of the Board.
