Staff will provide updates on the recent cases including the general rate cases update for Rocky Mountain Power and recent Commission orders.
5. 2009 Legislation
Staff will provide an overview of some of the legislation that will be pursued in the 2009 session for Committee feedback.
6. Rocky Mountain Power Acquisition of New Large Resource
Staff will provide background information on the RFP process for resource acquisition as well as the process for review and evaluation of resources
selected from an RFP.
7. Other Business
