Staff will provide updates on the recent cases including the general rate cases update for Rocky Mountain Power and recent Commission orders.
6. Committee outreach and consumer education
Staff will lead a discussion on an internal evaluation of outreach and education efforts and elicit opinions and ideas from Committee members.
7. Potential Legislation for the 2009 Session
7a. Background
Staff will provide an overview potential legislation known to date that is likely to be relevant to the Committee’s work.
7b. Closed Session for the purpose of reviewing, hearing and considering protected and privileged materials and communications
8. Other Business
