ADMINISTRATIVE BUSINESS:
1.	Call Meeting to Order by Deborah Ellis, co-chair.
2.	Review December 4, 2008 minutes.

DISCUSSION ITEMS: 
-Review articles and discussion regarding high risk conditions for VBACs.
-Review draft language, specifically regarding blood pressure.  
-Continued discussion of parking lot issues.
