Call Meeting to Order

DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1.	Next training session. June 12, 2008, Provo, Sponsor contacted? Location?
2.	Next Board meeting date? Not scheduled at this time.
3.	Exemption requests on Secondhand Merchants whom may be exempt or exempted? 
4.	Update on progress of Secondhand Merchants registering. 
5.	Review with Law Enforcement on litmus test as to whether they recognize a class of transaction as “regularly subject to theft and subsequent efforts to pawn or sell”. This test must be passed to require a company/industry to be registered. 
Sports trading card stores – other items transacted in the business.
Discuss Cell Phones
Coin and Currency shops. Bullion etc. 
Recommendations to be made to the Director.
