PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on
Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work
meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 13, 2017
PUBLIC REVIEW
1. FLINDERS SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Sue Flinders, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Flinders Subdivision, located at 465
South Angel Street in the R-S (Residential Suburban) zoning district. The proposed subdivision is surrounded by
single family residential uses with R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) zoning to the south and R-S zoning to the east,
north and west.
2. LAYTON HILLS MALL 2 SUBDIVISION - FINAL PLAT
The applicant, CBL and Associate Properties, is requesting final plat approval for the Layton Hills Mall property,
located at 1200 N. Hill Field Rd. in the CP-3 (Planned Regional Commercial) zoning district. The proposal is to
subdivide commercial retail from the mall site.
3. RANDY CRAIG - PARCEL SPLIT
The applicant, Randy Craig, is requesting parcel split approval to divide a parcel for the purpose of selling an
existing single family home and maintaining ownership of the remaining parcel. The location is at 937 N. Rainbow
Dr. in the R-1-8 zoning district.
