PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on
Tuesday, June 13, 2017, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work
meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items.

PUBLIC HEARING
1. AGRI-TOURISM TEXT AMENDMENTS
A proposal to amend Title 19, Section 19.02.020 entitled 'Definitions' by adding a definition for agri-tourism;
Section 19.06.010 Table 601 by adding agri-tourism as a permitted use to the 'A' (Agricultural) zone; and adding
Subsection 19.06.240 entitled 'Agri-Tourism' which establishes regulations for agri-tourism.
2. FRESH REZONE
The applicant, Catherine Fresh, is requesting a rezone from RS (Residential Suburban) to A (Agricultural), located at
approximately 897 South Angel Street.
PUBLIC REVIEW
3. DAWSON DENTAL SIGN - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Justin Grubb, is requesting conditional use approval for a second detached sign to be located at
approximately 1597 North Woodland Park Drive in the B-RP (Business Research Park) zoning district.
4. SUMMIT DENTAL SIGN - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Von Lokham, with Vital Signs & Graphics Inc., is requesting conditional use approval for a second
detached sign to be located at approximately 984 North 3200 West in the PB (Professional Office) zoning district.
