PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on
Tuesday, May 23, 2017, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting
is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of agenda items.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: FEBRUARY 28, 2017, MARCH 14, 2017, MARCH 28, 2017, AND APRIL 25,2017
PUBLIC HEARING
1. ANGEL STREET AT LAYTON PARKWAY ANNEXATION AND REZONE
The applicant, Devmer Development, LLC., is requesting an annexation and rezone of approximately 1.95 acres
located at approximately 801 South Angel Street. The rezone proposal is from A (Agricultural) to PB (Professional
Office).
2. PRUD REVISIONS
A proposal to amend Title 19 (Zoning), regarding amendments to the development standards of the Planned
Residential Unit Development (PRUD) overlay zone.

3. LAYTON CROSSING STORAGE - CONDITIONAL USE
The applicant, Chris Loock, is requesting conditional use approval for an outdoor storage facility to be located at
approximately 1600 North 2200 West in the M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning district.
4. WEST MEADOWS ESTATE - PRELIMINARY PLAT
The applicant, Castle Creek Homes, represented by Bryce Thurgood, is requesting Preliminary Plat approval of
West Meadows Estate, located at approximately 650 North 3200 West to 3700 West Street in the R-S (Residential
Suburban) zoning district.
