PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH January 10, 2017 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Boyd Hansen Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Boyd Hansen Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: - Minutes of December 13, 2016 (open and closed) - Bills of Pleasant View City Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action on purchasing real property at the appraised value from Douglas J. and Tym S. Dickson Trustees and located at approximately 2550 North and 825 West with the TIN # 170660023. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 6:30 P.M. 2. Presentation of the 2016 Adequacy of Public Facilities Management Report. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) 6:50 P.M. 3. Discussion of the January 5, 2017 Planning Commission recommendation of taking no action to amend City Ordinance Chapter 18.70 (Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance) to remove rezoning as being subject to the conditions of the ordinance. 7:05 P.M. 4 Discussion and possible action on setting a public hearing date to amend City Ordinance Chapter 18.70 (Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance) to remove rezoning as being subject to the conditions of the ordinance. 7:10 P.M. 5. Discussion and possible action on the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (WBWCD) Water Connection Project. 7:30 P.M. 6. Discussion and possible action on use of salary savings for a part-time temporary Management Analyst. (Presenter: Mayor Mileski) 7:50 P.M. 7. Discussion and possible action on setting a City Council Retreat/Workshop Date. 8:00 P.M. 8. Appointment of Ann Arrington as an alternate member to the Planning Commission and appointment of James Cummings as a regular member to the Planning Commission. 8:10 P.M. 9. Discussion on The Barn RV Park concept. (Presenter: Mayor Mileski) 8:30 P.M. 10. Closed Meeting. 11. Discussion and possible action from the closed meeting.
