PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH December 13, 2016 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, December 13, 2016, commencing at 6:00 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Pledge of Allegiance: Scott Boehme Opening Prayer, Reading or Expression of Thought: Scott Boehme Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council for items not on the agenda (public) Consent Items: - Minutes of October 25, 2016 and November 15, 2016 (open and closed) - Bills of Pleasant View City - Final Acceptance of Pleasant Fields Phase 2 Subdivision. Business: 6:10 P.M. 1. Fiscal Year 2015-16 Audit presentation. (presenter: Wood, Richards and Associates) 6:30 P.M. 2. Recognition of the Pleasant View City Council (YCC) and transition to meeting officiating by YCC Member Boston John. a. Update and discussion on Regional Storm Water Issues. b. Discussion on the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance. c. Discussion and possible action on a Christmas tree pick-up/disposal program. d. Discussion and possible approval of a contract with Pro Pipe sewer main point repairs in the amount of $30k. (Presenter: Tyson Jackson) e. Approval of 2017 Workers Compensation Insurance in the amount of $25,504. (Presenter: Melinda Greenwood) f. Transition of meeting officiating back to Mayor Mileski. 7:30 P.M. 3. Presentation on the October 25, 2016 Technical Memorandum Standardization on Traffic Control Devices for School zones. (Presenter: Jay Palmer) 8:15 P.M. 6. Consideration and possible granting of Local Consent for a Special Use Permit Pursuant to State Code 32B-10-202g for Country Lane Sales at 3155 North Highway 89 for the use of alcohol in an herbal extraction process. 8:20 P.M. 7. Discussion on 2017 RAMP Grant Applications. 8:45 P.M. 8. Public Hearing to consider amending the 2016-17 fiscal year budget. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 8:50 P.M. 9. Set the 2017 City Council meeting schedule. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 8:55 P.M. 10. Discussion and possible action on setting a City Council Retreat/Workshop Date. 9:00 P.M. 11. Closed Meeting pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-205d to discuss the purchase of real property. 9:15 P.M. 12. Discussion and possible action from the closed meeting on the purchase of real property.
