- AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 8, 2016 *AMENDED - WORK SESSION AGENDA CITY COUNCIL STUDY ITEMS The purpose of City Work Sessions is to prepare the City Council for upcoming agenda items on future City Council Meetings. The Work Session is not an action item meeting. No one attending the meeting should rely on any discussion or any perceived consensus as action or authorization. These come only from the City Council Meeting. The American Fork City Council will meet in a work session on Thursday, December 8, 2016, in the City Hall, located at 31 North Church Street, commencing at 3:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Update on the design of the Vineyard Connector (Requested by Dale Goodman, Public Works) *2. Report by the PARC Tax Advisory Board Committee on proposed changes to the PARC Tax Ordinance and changes to the process (Requested by Brian Thompson, PARC Tax Advisory Board) 3.
