NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed changes to the Infectious Waste Regulation. The proposed changes include formally adopting Utah Code Annotated Title 19-6-102, and provisions of the Utah Administrative Code R315-301, R315-306, and R315-316, as well as standardized department formatting. Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Environmental Health Services Division office located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (http://www.daviscountyutah.gov/docs/librariesprovider5/administration-documents/proposed-regulations/infectious-waste-strikeout.pdf). Interested persons can contact Mr. Dennis Keith, Davis County Environmental Health Services Director, at 801-525-5118 or dkeith@co.davis.ut.us. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m., Thursday, December 22, 2016.
