NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Joint meeting with the Planning Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in the City Council Chambers 86 East 100 South Pleasant Grove, Utah. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2016-049) adjusting and amending the actual and anticipated expenditures for the Fiscal Year 2016/2017; and providing for an effective date. Continued Item: To consider for adoption a Resolution (2016-045) authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Pleasant Grove and Utah County regarding Canyon Road (100 East); and providing for an effective date. Review of the plan of action and the proposed public survey questions for the General Plan update. B. Discussion regarding a proposal to eliminate most conditional uses. C.
