PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Discussion and possible action on a request by Angie Pitt for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approval for an auto restoration business located on a 0.81-acre lot at 2731 N Parkland Blvd. (TIN: 19-122-0001) in the MCM (manufacturing/commercial mix) zoning district.
2. Discussion and possible action on a request by Mike Braunberger for a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan approval for a coffee kiosk drive through located on the NW corner of Parkland Blvd and 2700 North (TIN 19-121-0001) in the MCM (manufacturing/commercial mix) zoning district.
OTHER BUSINESS:
3. Discussion and possible action on a request by Brent Bailey for a Site Plan approval for an office/warehouse located on 1600 West 3000 North (the future corner of Rulon White Blvd. and Parkland Blvd.) in the MP-1 (manufacturing) zoning district.
4. Consideration and approval of a plat amendment for Ronald and Linda Scoville, located at 1063 W 4000 North to combine lots 36 and 37 of Skyline Estates. The property is zoned RE-20.
