NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a special meeting with the Davis
County Commissioners on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 6:30 pm prior to the regularly scheduled City
Council Meeting.

Meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City at 7:00
p.m. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.

By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council
may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter.
ADJOURNMENT:
The Next City Council Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 15, 2016
